A couple of weeks ago I wrote about a group of winemakers who once-upon-a-time decided that old-vine Carignane from Chile’s Maule Valley needed some love. Well now a bunch of those winemakers have decided to do the same thing for old-vine País in the region. Introducing ALMAULE - the soul of Chilean País and a movement to being wine back to the people it started with. 🍷🍇
